Get ready for the 2018-2019 Wrestling Season by getting a head start on the mats! During this training session, we will focus on conditioning as we prepare for the upcoming season!
In this session, we put in the hard work to ensure that you have a strong conditioning and technical base to build off of during the season. This program will give you the confidence of knowing that you have put the time in and have trained to go the full distance of the match and then some. You will outwork your opponent. This season will focus primarily on Folkstyle wrestling.
